The ship with the IMO 9220861, previously known as CMA CGM NICOLAS DELMAS has been renamed to CMA CGM SAHARA.
Currently at the shipyard in Campamento, Spain, at The Strait of Gibraltar, the ship has been undergoing maintenance since 23 Nov 2024. When first docked it had its bow pointing toward shore. After a few days it turned around with the stern currently fully visible.
The last picture taken by SHIPS at THE STRAIT OF GIBRALTAR of CMA CGM NICOLAS DELMAS was 05 December 2024 with its previous name. As of 09 December 2024, the ship has its new name inscribed on the forward ends and aft, CMA CGM SAHARA.
